We are hiring Journeyman Electricians for solar projects in Milan and Jonesville, MI paying $700 weekly per diem plus $58/hour**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team and oversee solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems and the ability to perform terminations up to 1500V ac and dc. You will be responsible for interpreting construction drawings and specifications and ensuring the accurate installation of underground cabling and conduits.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical terminations up to 1500V ac and dc.
+ Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
+ Install underground cabling and conduits.
+ Conduct basic electrical tests using appropriate equipment.
+ Supervise solar panel installations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Solar Foreman Experience
+ Experience in Solar/Industrial/Commercial Electrical Construction
+ Proficiency in Electrical Wiring
+ Active Michigan Electrical Journeyman Card
+ 5+ years of electrical work experience (8,000+ hours worked)
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic understanding of electrical systems
+ Ability to work 6 days a week
