Full job description Overview We are seeking a Licensed Architect to lead and manage the architectural division of our firm. This is a hands-on leadership role involving all phases of architectural design and project execution. Duties Develop and draft architectural designs using software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Lumion. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into design proposals. Prepare detailed construction documents, including specifications and drawings. Oversee the construction management process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies. Qualifications Master's degree in Architecture required. Professional licensure as an Architect required. Professional license in Louisiana. NCARB Certification. Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate design ideas both verbally and visually. Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts with stakeholders.
