Full job description: Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced multi trade construction foreman to lead our residential construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires the ability to manage teams effectively while ensuring that all work is completed on time and within specifications. Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site personnel to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate with project managers, cre on site, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Implement project scheduling techniques to maintain timelines. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities. Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Experience: Proven experience as a Construction foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction in trades, including framing, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, finishes, and etc. Proficient in using project management software such as for document management and collaboration. Experience in pipeline construction is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Familiarity with keeping site code compliance in MD, WV, VA, and DC.
