Aerotek is Hiring - Construction Laborers for Excavation Company in Post Falls, ID
Location: Post Falls, ID | Pay: $20 - $25+/hr (Based on Experience) | Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist with site preparation and dirt work for new construction projects.
+ Use a shovel to dig trenches for utilities and foundations.
+ Help with grading and sloping sites.
+ Handle materials, clean up, and perform general labor tasks.
+ Communicate effectively with ground personnel and operators using universal hand signals.
Qualifications
+ 1+ year of construction experience, preferably in excavation.
+ Willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
