Construction Estimator

Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator looking to make an impact in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment? Our client is a well-established company in General Contractor based in Portland, OR. They are seeking a talented Estimator to join the preconstruction team. With a diverse portfolio of projects spanning retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and industrial sectors, our client is committed to delivering high-quality work and fostering long-term relationships.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier outreach and bid coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the preconstruction process.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization strategies.

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and other similar tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of retail, multifamily, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to relocate to Oregon.

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $120,000.00
Maximum Salary: $160,000.00+
