Project Manager – Commercial Drywall Location: Waukee, IA Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per year + Bonus Potential

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a reputable commercial drywall contractor in Waukee, IA . This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities and bonus potential based on performance . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and multi-family drywall construction and be skilled in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage drywall construction projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Utilize project management and takeoff software to streamline planning and execution

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial drywall construction (required)

• Experience with multi-family construction projects

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

• Proficiency with takeoff software: PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or The Edge

• Familiarity with project management platforms: Procore, Buildertrend , or similar

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Proven track record of delivering successful project outcomes
