Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: 5 X 10's
• Prior experience with electrical installation specifically related to duct banks and conduit systems in an airport or large infrastructure setting
• In order to be considered a Highly Preferred Applicant, the highly preferred criteria MUST be listed on your resume
• Review blueprints and building code specifications to determine work details and procedures Measure, cut and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Install and maintain electrical distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and control systems
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to excavate trenches, install duct banks, and backfill, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations
• Execute the installation of electrical duct banks and conduits according to engineering specifications and industry standards
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces or adverse weather conditions
• Adhere to all electrical safety standards, including OSHA regulations and state/local electrical codes

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with a focus on underground or industrial electrical work
• Proficient with electrical processes & codes
• Competent with reading blueprints, drawings, & diagrams
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
