Project Coordinator (Non-Technical Role) Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of technology installation projects in retail environments. This is a non-technical position focused on logistics, scheduling, and communication. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of installation projects, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Ensure that all necessary components (e.g., cables, devices, ladders, lift trucks) are on-site and ready when needed. Communicate with technicians and vendors to confirm schedules and resolve any issues. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership of each project to ensure timely and successful completion. Ideal Candidate: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Technical Support Specialist (Technical Role) Overview: The Technical Support Specialist provides remote troubleshooting and post-installation support for technology systems deployed in retail locations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to installed devices and connectivity. Provide support for hardware such as kiosks, TVs, point-of-sale systems, cameras, routers, switches, and digital displays. Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly. Ideal Candidate: Experience with troubleshooting routers, switches, and other networked devices.
