**About the Role:**
As part of the CBRE Corporate Real Estate function and reporting to the Head of Design and Construction for the US, the purpose of this position is to deliver individual, multi-disciplined real estate office projects. Key focus areas on delivery include scope, budget, schedule and quality on varying critical projects.
**What Youll Do:**
+ Work with the workplace strategy team including assisting in developing of change management and communications plans, working understanding of real estate and IT integrated solutions, business case development and workplace vision, strategy, design and implementation.
+ Support the companies ESG and sustainability initiatives.
+ Facilitate the development of a project plan including timelines, goals and deliverables. Interact regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved.
+ Anticipate and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns.
+ Identify project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plan, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for company and client. Drive the Workplace 360 program across all projects.
+ Direct all phases of construction delivery of Workplace360 program, including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project life cycle.
+ Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and have a broad knowledge of other job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Assist team in developing and updating internal processes, objectives and templates.
+ Solve unique problems using Workplace 360 standards or innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ LEED AP, PMP, or CMM preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions and other financial-related calculations.
+ Experience in coaching and developing team members to enhance their expertise.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovated solutions having a broad impact on the business.
