Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a commercial project in Austin, TX. The operator will be responsible for safely operating a variety of equipment including a mini excavator (Mini X), skid steer, and backhoe/excavator/trackhoe as needed for site excavation and trenching.

Work Scope Includes:

• Operating a mini excavator (Mini X) for trenching and excavation

• Operating a skid steer for material handling and site prep

• Using a backhoe, excavator, or trackhoe as required

• Following site plans and instructions for excavation and grading

• Performing equipment safety checks and maintaining a clean work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a mini excavator, skid steer, and larger excavation equipment

• Must have certification to operate heavy equipment

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
