Were seeking a Marketing Operations Manager with expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce (with Salesforce being our preferred tool for the future). The ideal candidate brings a strategic and analytical mindset to enhance marketing, sales, and customer success operations. Youre passionate about data integrity, operational efficiency, and driving cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM and marketing automation (experience with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)

  • Expertise in audience segmentation and delivering targeted content based on user behavior

  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle programs, and funnel optimization

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights

  • Adept at project management, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing technology tools

  • Familiarity with tools such as Ads 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ortto, Segment, and API integrations

What youll do:

  • Own administration, data hygiene, and segmentation for HubSpot and Salesforce CRM systems

  • Build and maintain marketing and sales performance dashboards and reports

  • Design and manage lead scoring models and qualification frameworks

  • Optimize campaigns and landing pages using A/B testing and performance analytics

  • Drive adoption of AI tools across marketing and sales workflows

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey

  • Manage the marketing technology stack and identify opportunities for process improvements

  • Support lead generation strategy and inbound/outbound outreach execution

  • Document marketing and sales operations processes and maintain best practices

  • Accuracy, timeliness, and usability of reporting and CRM insights

  • Improvements in lead management, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency

  • Adoption and impact of AI tools and MarTech integrations

  • Feedback from cross-functional partners regarding collaboration and support

  • Quality and reliability of marketing data and CRM processes

How youll make a difference:

In this role, youll help power Custom Inks B2B marketing engine by driving operational excellence and delivering insights that directly impact growth. Your work will shape how we attract, engage, and convert enterprise customers while ensuring our systems, data, and processes scale with the business. Youll be a key connector across teams, helping to streamline the customer journey and maximize our marketing impact.

Compensation:

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

  • For this salaried exempt position is $95,000 - $135,000 plus a performance bonus targeted at 5% of base salary, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
