Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base salary + bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do as a Project Civil Engineer:

• Design and manage residential and commercial civil engineering projects from concept through construction

• Oversee grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and site layout design using Civil 3D

• Prepare plans, reports, calculations, and permit submittals

• Collaborate with internal teams, municipalities, and clients to meet project goals

• Ensure design standards and zoning requirements are consistently met

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri and Kansas

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field

• Minimum of 3 years of civil/site design experience (residential preferred)

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience
