Job Title: Commercial & Multi-Family Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and relationship-savvy Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of a transformative redevelopment project for a low-income housing community. This role requires not only technical construction expertise but also the emotional intelligence to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, including residents, community leaders, and municipal agencies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial and multi-family redevelopment projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the client, community stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
- Lead daily site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project leadership.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or community relations.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to architectural and engineering plans.
- Foster a respectful and empathetic environment for residents during redevelopment phases.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and/or multi-family construction, with at least 2 years in a superintendent role.
- Proven experience managing redevelopment or affordable housing projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and schedules.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
