General Laborer/Detailer for Growing Homebuilder

Growing homebuilder seeks a general laborer/detailer with experience in the construction industry. Must be local to the Snohomish/Skagit/Whatcom County area, or willing to drive to Bellingham/Blaine.

Job duties will include: job site cleanup, debris removal, digging holes, site prep, ordering and picking up supplies, loading and unloading material, maintain cleanliness of job site, assist the site superintendent as requested.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1-2 years' work experience in general labor or similar field; residential construction background is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable vehicle.
Positive and enthusiastic, with a "can-do" approach.
An interest in professional growth and development.
Responsible with strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.

Requirements:
Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License
Punctual and Dependable with reliable transportation
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
Must be able to understand written and oral direction
Must be able to use simple and/or complex tools and machinery
Must be able to lift heavy material
Must have a cellular phone
Must be able to provide verification of eligibility to work in the US
MINIMUM of 1 year experience needed
