WHAT YOUR DAY-DAY LOOKS LIKE
Completing high quality jobs on budget.
Painting Residential homes in North Vancouver and Vancouver.
Scraping, sanding and priming full houses to prepare them for a painting finish
Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience is delivered
Planning, executing and facilitating team goal setting meetings in the mornings.
Coordinating people and project deliverables to the crew
Taking full ownership of your job sites

REQUIREMENTS:
Comfortable with heights and ladder work is a must!
Experience in interior and exterior painting work
Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
A very strong work ethic, professionalism, a Love of people
Outstanding verbal and written communication
2+ years experience working in a physical hands on, high autonomy environment.
Experience working outside with your hands
Ability to set and hit goals

COMPENSATION:
Base Wage: $25-$35/hour.
Performance based compensation

POSITION TYPE:
Part Time/Full Time
