Specific Skills:
1.Establish, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry standards.
2.Formulate or approve policies and programs to guide the company's construction activities, promoting efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.
3.Oversee and coordinate the establishment of construction teams, assigning roles and responsibilities to achieve company objectives and project milestones.
4.Develop and lead policies that set the strategic direction for the company's construction projects and operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
5.Develop and implement interna! policies and procedures to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Allocate resources effectively to implement company policies and construction programs, optimizing productivity and maximizing return on investment.
7.Select construction middle managers, directors, and executive staff, ensuring a qualified and competent team capable of delivering on company objectives.
8.Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on its behalf during official events, fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
9.Continuously monitor and evaluate company performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
