HVAC Installer/Technician

A to Z Indoor Comfort is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join their team.

They are locally owned and operated, and are a fully licensed, team-oriented, and growing business. A to Z Indoor Comfort provides a small business personalized approach & care for their customers for over 20+ years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. If you have a passion for mechanical systems and enjoy working with your hands, they want to hear from you.

Duties

-Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.

-Utilize tools such as a multi-meter to test electrical components of HVAC systems.

-Braze components as necessary for installation or repair tasks.

-Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.

-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

-Follow safety protocols and adhere to local building codes during installations.

-Ability to read electrical schematics; piping diagrams & blueprints.

Skills

-Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.

-Proficient in equipment repair, including diagnosing and fixing malfunctions.

-Ability to plumb and design HVAC systems effectively.

-Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations.

-Capability to build & install various HVAC units as required.

-Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
