Superintendent to join our team in our Wausau o?ce. If you\'re

could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You\'ll Do: As a

Superintendent at Green?re, you\'ll be the driving force behind our ?eld

operations, ensuring every detail of the construction process is

executed with precision and excellence. Your responsibilities will

include: Project Leadership: Manage and oversee all on-site construction

activities in alignment with project documents, ensuring high-quality

standards and timely delivery. Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and

enforce both short- and long-term project schedules. Coordinate

subcontractor labor, site logistics, and material deliveries to maintain

a clear and e?cient work?ow. Communication & Documentation: Maintain

seamless communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and external

stakeholders. Manage RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes, and lead

regular project meetings. Quality & Compliance: Review drawings,

speci?cations, and contracts to ensure compliance. Drive the successful

completion of punch lists and quality control processes. Safety

Leadership: Enforce Green?re\'s zero-tolerance safety standards,

creating a secure and compliant job site environment. Problem Solving &

Outreach: Ability to anticipate and identify potential issues and

provide solutions. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with

multiple departments, demonstrating resourcefulness and a team-?rst
