MIG Welder - Earn Up to $1,500/week based on performance!

Location: Beaver City, NE

Pay: $22.27 - $39.20/hour based on 36-hour week + bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM

What Youll Do:

As a MIG Welder, youll be a key part of the welding team assembling various trailer models. Your daily responsibilities will include:

MIG welding on pre-cut steel components per work orders and blueprints

Cutting/modifying with plasma or acetylene torches

-

Cleaning welds and components using power tools

-

Fitting and assembling components accurately

-

Operating forklifts or overhead cranes to move parts

-

Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area

What You Bring:

Were looking for welders who are self-motivated, dependable and physically capable of performing in a fast-paced shop environment.

Solid MIG welding experience (flat, vertical, overhead)

-

Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints and basic drawings

-

Strong work ethic and team mentality

-

Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working in hot/cold shop conditions

-

GED or high school diploma required

-

Steel-toed boots required - we supply the rest!

Welding certifications are NOT required - just proven ability and work ethic.

Pay and Bonus Structure:

Training Period (2-3 weeks): Flat hourly rate

After Training: Production-based pay + attendance bonus + performance bonus

Typical Weekly Earnings: $802 - $1,411.50 (with top performers reaching $1,500+)
