**Key Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in Residential Structural Engineering
- Bachelors degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering
- EIT/FE certification with at least 1 year of experience
- PE licensure preferred (must be able to achieve P.E. within five years of hiring)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Docs, and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with BIM/REVIT is advantageous
- Experience with at least one Finite Element Analysis software (e.g., Enercalc, STAAD, RAM, RISA)
- Solid understanding of standards including IBC, IRC, ASCE-7, AISC, ACI-318, NDS, and ACI-530
