About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead innovative infrastructure projects across industries such as power, process, healthcare, airports, industrial, and government facilities. In this role, you'll manage the full project lifecycle-from concept through construction-while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring technical excellence.
What You'll Do

• Lead civil design from concept through construction.
• Prepare specifications, RFQs, technical bid summaries, and procurement recommendations.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Contribute to project planning: scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and construction.
• Apply expert knowledge to complex projects and develop innovative design solutions.
• Conduct quality reviews of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Oversee construction administration and field inspections.
• Prepare and present technical reports for clients and publications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead proposal development and project performance reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and support QA/QC and safety compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) + 7 years of experience, or
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Technology + FE + 7 years of experience, or
• Master's in Civil Engineering + 6 years of experience.
• EPC project experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and civil analysis tools (e.g., PLS-CADD, RISA-3D, MathCADD).

Strong understanding of hydraulic, hydrologic, pavement, and site development design.

Professional Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring teams.

Certifications:

PE license preferred.
