HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Technician

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year apprenticeship as HVAC technician or equivalent experience
• Proficient in the operation, diagnosis and repair of both steam and hot water boilers
• Experience in the diagnostics and repair of various commercial AC equipment
• Able to read, monitor and program BAS systems
• Experience with kitchen refrigeration
• Possess the ability to work from heights on ladders, able to lift 50 lbs
• Independently, able to work outdoors for extended periods in the extreme heat/cold.
• Possess the manual dexterity needed to perform the work.
• Must possess a driver's license with a clean driving record along with reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal background test and drug test

Effective: 2025-2026 School Year

Salary:

• 2025-26 to be determined pending negotiations
  • 2024-25 salary Tier One $86,494
