We're looking for a Project Manager who's passionate about infrastructure, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to shape the future of aviation in a new geographic market. What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning, design, and construction of aviation-focused civil and transportation projects

  • Manage and mentor junior staff while overseeing technical design tasks

  • Prepare comprehensive bidding documents including:

  • Site layout, grading, drainage, pavement design, signage, utilities, erosion control, and more

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes

  • Support client managers and help grow relationships with aviation clients

  • Contribute to business development through outreach, proposals, and community engagement

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience in transportation, site development, or infrastructure
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Missouri PE preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD and preferably Civil 3D
  • Business development and staff management experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver's license
