Facilities Project Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturing
Join a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of aerospace manufacturing. As a Facilities Project Engineer on the SSBO Facilities Engineering Team, you'll play a critical role in driving technical solutions that enhance production capabilities, improve infrastructure, and support cutting-edge manufacturing processes. This is your opportunity to lead impactful projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead capital equipment projects from proposal through installation, including writing funding documentation and managing budgets and timelines.
Specify, procure, and implement custom industrial equipment tailored to production needs.
Oversee on-site equipment installations and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring seamless integration into manufacturing operations.
Provide ongoing technical support and continuous improvement for installed systems.
Develop and maintain detailed 2D/3D facility and equipment layouts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
Present project updates and technical content to engineering and production leadership.
Support other PCC engineering teams in solving complex, equipment-related challenges.
Represent PCC professionally in interactions with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
