Lawn Care Foreman

A busy landscape and irrigation company in Anoka, MN, is seeking an experienced lawn care foreman to oversee workflow coordination, on-site activities, and client service. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about lawn care, crew management, and delivering high-quality service. Location: Anoka, MN Wage: $20 -$30/hour, depending on experience within the industry Hours: Monday Friday, 6:30 am 5:30 pm (weekends as needed) Benefits of the lawn care foreman: PTO for full-time employees Career advancement opportunities Paid holidays Weekly pay Uniforms provided Retirement benefits Duties of the lawn care foreman: Perform hands-on lawn care and maintenance tasks Complete weekly scheduled maintenance and provide outstanding service to clients Supervise crew members, communicate workflow, and adjust for productivity Ensure all work meets company quality standards Conduct daily meetings with the crew to ensure efficiency Mentor, coach, and train team members to improve performance Work closely with the production manager and supervisors to complete maintenance cycles Track site expenses and complete daily paperwork Maintain clean and safe worksites Operate equipment safely and enforce safety standards Requirements of the lawn care foreman: 3+ years of experience in the lawn care industry Proven knowledge and experience in lawn care maintenance Current Applications License or the ability to obtain one Proficiency in operating zero-turn mowers, blowers, carts, trimmers, etc Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in all weather conditions Experience operating company vehicles Valid Driver s License and Current Medical DOT Card.
