Duties
Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
Conduct thorough inspections of carpets and floors to determine the best cleaning methods.
Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness in all areas serviced, including buffing and floor care.
Handle environmental services tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
Document services performed and report any issues or additional service needs to management.
Assist with flooring installation projects (carpet, vinyl, laminate, etc.)
Experience
Previous experience in custodial work or carpet cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
