_Laborer - INDUSTRIAL_**
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring for **Laborers** for Industrial projects in the **PITTSBURGH** area. The pay range is **$17-$20** per hour based on experience. All **laborers** are scheduled **70+ hours a week** . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
**Job Description**
As a laborer, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining industrial tanks and confined spaces in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform thorough cleaning of industrial tanks, vessels, and confined spaces using high-pressure washing equipment and cleaning agents.
+ Follow strict safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and confined space entry procedures.
+ Inspect tanks for residue, corrosion, or damage and report findings to supervisors.
+ Maintain and operate cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
+ Complete required documentation, including safety checklists and job reports.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe completion of tasks.
**Qualifications**
+ **Required:** Valid Confined Space Entry Certification.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in tank cleaning, industrial cleaning, or a related field preferred.
+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in confined spaces.
+ Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting up to [50 lbs] and working in tight spaces.
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
+ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
