We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects ranging from $1M to $50M+. This role is responsible for both the technical and administrative oversight of projects from inception through completion-ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to scope. The Senior Project Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong client relationships and supporting field leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary client contact to ensure successful project delivery and alignment on goals.
- Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for complete project understanding.
- Coordinate tasks with Superintendents, estimators, engineers, and owners to maintain smooth project flow.
- Develop schedules, submittal logs, and requisitions; secure necessary permits and insurance.
- Forecast resource needs and address long lead-time items proactively.
- Monitor budgets, job costs, invoicing, cash flow, and subcontractor payments.
- Lead progress meetings, manage scope changes, and oversee documentation and change orders.
- Guide projects through completion, including punch lists, final payments, and closeout.
- Submit final as-builts, certifications, and collect client feedback.
- Promote safety, efficiency, and high-quality execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
- Equivalent technical training or a combination of relevant experience accepted.
- Proven experience in heavy construction and construction supervision.
- Deep knowledge of construction technology, methods, equipment, contract negotiation, estimating, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
