Airframe Structural Mechanic

Seeking an Airframe Structural Mechanic with expertise in aircraft manufacturing and sheet metal operations to prepare aircraft for cabinet installation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum two years of aircraft manufacturing experience with sheet metal services coursework, or five years of production experience as a substitute

Ability to work from drawings, sketches, pictures, or verbal specifications

Proficient in using calibrated tools and measuring devices

Capability to set up and operate standard shop equipment

Safe entry and exit from aircraft work stands

Ability to work from adjustable height stands and climb steps up to 25 feet

Capacity to use motorized portable personnel lifts extending up to 25 feet

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Preferred Skills: Experience applying adhesive materials

Experience with material shaping and forming

Proficiency using air tools and equipment

Responsibilities: Perform sheet metal operations on aircraft structures

Install interior shell panels

Complete interior operations for cabinet installation preparation
