Welder - (Harmony, NC) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Manufacturing / Fabrication Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG and TIG welding, preferably in aluminum and stainless steel, and will contribute to the construction of high-quality mobile medical units. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Fabricate and assemble structural frames and components for mobile medical units. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Operate grinders, saws, and other metal fabrication tools. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve fabrication issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in welding preferred. 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding (aluminum and steel). Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
