Looking for skilled, efficient finish work at fair market rates. Looking for a finish carpenter to install baseboards and door/window casing in two rooms as a trial. If your work meets fit-and-finish standards (tight miters, clean returns, aligned reveals), you'll be first in line for full interior scope: basement and main floor. Scope: -Install baseboards and casing with tight corners, smooth transitions -Possibly adjust 1-2 doors (fit only - no painting) -Preference for coped inside corners on baseboard, but open to your method; just explain your approach. Trim Material: -Baseboards: 9/16-in x 3-1/4-in x 12-ft Traditional Primed Pine -Casing: 11/16 in. x 1-1/2 in. x 8ft MDF Primed -All trim is primed; installed after LVP flooring Worksite: -Occupied home - precision and cleanliness required -All materials are on site -You bring tools, layout skills, and a clear process Must Have: -Photos of recent trim/casing work -UBI/license preferred or explain your setup -Ability to walk the site and give a labor-only ballpark This is a trial run.
