This welder job is a Monday Friday opportunity that offers a weekly paycheck, great benefits, and room for growth. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Wage: $24/hr. Hours: 8 am 4:30 pm, Monday Friday Overtime available! Benefits of the welder: Health Vision Dental Life FSA Critical Disability Accident Job duties of the welder: Weld pipe using MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques Use verbal or written instruction from work orders and collects materials for processing Cut pipe using pipe cutting equipment Lay out pipe sections on a jig or table and welds with MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques, applies cold galvanizing solution to protect welds Perform visual inspection on completed work ensuring quality Maintain a clean and safe work area Perform other warehouse and gate fabrication duties as required Qualifications of the welder: 2 - 3 years welding experience with MIG, ARC Experience working with hand tools Lift and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs.) Read, write, and perform basic math functions Perform own layouts using jigs Work around heat and chemicals Work overtime as needed Additional information: Apply now and advance your welding career!
