Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Property Manager to handle both day-to-day repairs and basic property management duties across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers (painting, light plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
-Prepare properties to be rent-ready quickly and cost-effectively.
-Coordinate and supervise subcontractors when needed.
-Communicate with tenants to address maintenance issues and schedule work.
-Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
-Assist with leasing tasks such as showing units or meeting vendors.
-Keep detailed records of repairs, work orders, and property conditions.
-Ensure that all units meet local building codes, safety standards, and habitability requirements.

Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience as a handyman, maintenance tech, or in a skilled trade.
-Familiarity with basic property management duties and tenant communication.
-Reliable transportation and your own set of tools.
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Must be dependable, professional, and responsive.
