Day and Night Shift Positions

Positions Offered:

• Welder-Night Shift

Duties: Set up and operate various welding equipment and power/hand tools. Monitor welding, burning, and fitting processes to ensure quality and prevent distortion, warping, or overheating of parts. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.

• Mechanic (Power Generation)- Day Shift

Duties: Perform assembly and disassembly of parts used in the power generation industry, including steam turbines, valves, and associated components. Candidate should be mechanically inclined, able to follow detailed instructions, and possess a strong understanding of precision work in industrial settings.

• CNC operator-Night Shift

Duties: Set up, operate, and make adjustments to CNC mills and lathes to machine precision parts according to specifications. Must be able to read blueprints, measure tolerances accurately, and perform minor programming edits as needed

• Manual Machinist- Day Shift

Duties: Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other manual machine tools to manufacture parts to exact specifications. Must have a strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and blueprint reading

• Team Lead-Night Shift

Duties: Oversee and coordinate night shift operations. Candidate should possess supervisory or leadership experience, be mechanically inclined, and have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: welding, mechanical assembly, or CNC machining. This person will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met and supporting shift personnel.
