Carpenter with Findorff, you are skilled in building and assembling a

variety of Findorff\'s forming systems for concrete structures,

including foundations, walls, floors, and other cast-in-place concrete

elements. Skills and Qualifications: Experience as a form concrete

carpenter in various construction projects. Experience with concrete

formwork systems such as: Peri, Jahn, Symons, and Aluma. Proficient in

using hand tools and power tools. Capability to lift heavy materials,

work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks. Commitment to

following all safety protocols and regulations on construction site.

Demonstrates reliability and dependability by consistently showing up on

time, meeting deadlines, and following through on commitments. Key

Responsibilities: Accurately build and set up complex concrete forms

using various materials like plywood, lumber, and specialty formwork

systems, including aligning, bracing, and securing forms to precise

specifications. Precisely measure, mark, and cut lumber to create

formwork components with attention to detail. Assemble formwork

components using various tools and techniques. Coordinate with iron

workers to accurately position reinforcing steel (rebar) within the

concrete forms. Assist with the concrete pouring process, ensuring

proper placement and consolidation of concrete within the forms. Inspect

formwork for accuracy and stability before concrete pours, identifying

and correcting any potential issues. Carefully remove completed forms

after concrete curing, clean up the work area, and maintain site safety.

May mentor and train less experienced concrete carpenters on proper
