Electrical Estimator/Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator/Project Manager position include: 5-10 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management for commercial, healthcare, or higher education projects Strong knowledge of estimating software such as Accubid and project management tools like Autodesk Build Comfortable managing projects ranging from $200K to $10M in size Field experience preferred over purely academic backgrounds; able to connect with foremen and jobsite personnel Excellent organizational and communication skills with a preference for hands-on involvement versus desk work Must be local to the Pittsburgh area with reliable access to project sites; no overnight travel required Ability to manage project documentation, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders effectively Vehicle allowance, business expense reimbursements, and cell phone stipend provided Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 5-10 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management for commercial, healthcare, or higher education projects

Strong knowledge of estimating software such as Accubid and project management tools like Autodesk Build
