Carpenter's Helper - Windows, Doors & Roofing Focus Project Areas: East Metro Only - Inver Grove, Woodbury, Stillwater, Lakeville, Cottage Grove Pay: \$20-\$22/hour , based on experience About the Role: We're hiring three motivated Carpenter's Helpers to support our skilled carpentry team on new build construction sites. If you have 1-5 years of experience and a passion for precision workespecially in windows, doors, or roofing this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and career development. Responsibilities: Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks on-site. Set and install windows, hang exterior doors, and apply house wrap. Work at heights using ladders and fall protection (provided). Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment. Requirements: 6+ months of construction or general labor experience. Comfortable working on ladders (up to 36 ft) and with heights. Able to lift 75 lbs regularly. Basic hand tools: hammer, square, tape measure, utility knife. Tool belt and reliable transportation. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 10 Certification. 1 year of Trade School or Technical Training. 3 years of hands-on construction experience.
