The Role: Finish Carpenter - We're looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship. You'll be installing trim, doors, flooring, accent walls, and more in high-end residential homes. Every job is different, but our standards are always the same: exceptional. - You'll be expected to lead by example on the job site, communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and deliver a clean, finished product homeowners love. This is not just a cut-and-go role, we're looking for a professional who respects the trade and wants to keep improving it.
