We are looking for a skilled and reliable maintenance handyman to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience handling general repairs, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and ensuring properties are well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
General repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
Routine maintenance & troubleshooting issues
Appliance installation & minor HVAC work
Inspect and identify necessary repairs
Handle tenant requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
Experience in maintenance/handyman work
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Own tools & reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently & efficiently
