Reliable Handyman Needed Consistent Work with Management Firm

D&M Perks Management Group is hiring a dependable, experienced Handyman to join our maintenance support network. We manage multiple residential properties in the Birmingham area and need a go-to professional for general repairs and upkeep.

What Youll Do:
Perform general property maintenance (repairs, installations, small renovations)

Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner

Handle both scheduled and emergency tasks

Provide status updates and coordinate with our management office

Requirements:
At least 2 years of handyman, general maintenance, or construction experience

Must have basic tools and reliable transportation

Available for weekday and occasional weekend calls

Must carry liability insurance or be willing to obtain it

Willing to complete a W9 and pass a background check

Compensation:
Paid hourly, per job, or via monthly retainer (depending on arrangement)

Typical pay: $25$60/hr depending on job type and experience

Steady, ongoing work no need to chase leads
