- Support the Sr Project Manager in managing construction documents.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders for multiple projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely paperwork submission.
- Assist with client communication and scheduling.
- Order materials as needed for various projects.
- Attend site meetings on project sites across the East Coast.
- Maintain documentation and track project progress.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a construction setting supporting project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling construction documents such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and blueprints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with trade contractors.
- Experience in supporting project management tasks including scheduling, material ordering, and meeting documentation.
- Experience in commercial construction projects.
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successful project documentation and coordination.
You will work out of our office in Aberdeen, providing support to the Sr Project Manager. The role involves traveling to job sites approximately twice a month for day trips. You will be part of small project teams consisting of a Project Manager and a Superintendent on most projects. Our office has a small, family-like atmosphere with around 10 team members, fostering a close-knit and collaborative work environment
