Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Southern Exposure Landscape is currently seeking Landscape Maintenance Forman to join our awesome team! Our company has been creating enviable outdoor living spaces for more than 25 years, and that kind of track record cant continue without seeking out new talent.

Communicates well verbally and in writing
Is friendly and personable
Enjoys a team environment
Has 3 or more years of experience in a similar position
Must have valid drivers license and be insurable through company

This position will be responsible for:
Work with Supervisor to establish schedule on for daily and weekly operations digitally and on paper.
Maintain supply levels on assigned vehicle to prevent interruptions to the job.
Plan ahead every day and week to complete scheduled work orders efficiently.
Walk properties daily and identify and communicate work needed.
Supervise crew members to ensure work is quality, productive, and safe.
Work with crew members to complete jobs at less than estimated hours.
Assist in maintaining shop and yard as directed.
Coordinate training for new hires. Be a leader with your head-up, show how you want the work done.
Reward those that do a good job.
Provide performance feedback to direct reports.
Must have a clean motor vehicle record and be insurable.
