We are a 45 yr. old disaster restoration, cleaning and full-service construction company. Weve been named Best of The City several times, won several awards via the ABQ Journal and are nationally recognized for our construction and disaster restoration contributions.

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager, 21 years or older, with a valid/current driver's license.

You must possess at least one IICRC certification,.

Ideally, candidate will have 5+ years of experience within disaster restoration and water mitigation.

**You must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record (no DWI/DUI).**

Please note if you have experience with Xactimate and possess IICRC certifications. Your pay can be negotiated based off certifications/experience.

Manager will be primarily responsible for responding to water damage disasters, including setting up and monitoring drying equipment, minor carpentry, guaranteeing daily quality control on each job and ensuring an enjoyable customer experience from project launch to completion. Customer service and leadership skills are a plus.

As an Emergency Service provider, managers must be willing to be on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis.

Black pants and heavy-duty work boots are required and we provide a company uniform.

All managers travel to jobs in company vehicles and are provided with tools.

Manager Responsibilities:
Plans all phases of job lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Obtains necessary paperwork.
Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
Manages technicians and oversees their work.
Manage Safety.
Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Estimates.
Data entry via Xactimate.
Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
