You will be expected to be able to "sell yourself" and your abilities to clients. You will work out of your home on your choice of a full time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory and Hermitage. If you have 5+ years of painting and/or drywall experience, we would especially love to speak with you!

Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates who like the Ace Hardware brand, enjoy working with customers, and are skilled in three or more trades. Trades include carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring, doors & window installation, light plumbing and electrical work, and various handyman duties at residential and commercial locations.

We hire Carpenters/Craftsman with a strong work ethic, as well as a professional appearance and demeanor. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customersfolks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
