Job Duties The AHS Master Craftsman is the master of the trade craftsman that our company has to offer to our customers. He/She has certifications in Lead Safe, OSHA 10, various trades and products. He/She is an expert in using hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment. He/She is a professional with excellent customer service skills and employee coaching abilities. He/She has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman and lead craftsman. He/She is able to diagnose, assess, and direct other craftsmen over the phone without being on the jobsite. He/She can oversee the execution of the AHS system in the field.
Job Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
• Project Estimating
• Supervision of craftsmen
• Take pride in having it done right the first time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, own a truck/van
• Have a solid, organized set of tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades
