About this Role

NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Scheduler professional to join our team in the Central DFW area. The ideal candidate is expected to interface/maintain liaison with project management, subcontractors, etc., on all planning and scheduling related items and functions, including reporting requirements, progress status, new impacts, etc.

What You'll Do

Duties:

  • Senior Scheduler to work with Director of Business Operations to produce weekly reports detailing current resource plan, bi-monthly revenue/cost projection, and resource allocation projections.
  • Evaluate actual construction progress and provide regular schedule updates
  • Maintain schedule for projects and identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled
  • Incorporate resource and/or cost loading data into schedules

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline and a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects, preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, experience is required
  • Ability to work independently with given instructions
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills and be able to relay information to upper management and project team
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
