Construction Foreman

Staffmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and coordinate on-site operations for a reputable construction team in Shuqualak, MS. Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Based on experience | $40,000 - $60,000/year
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As the Construction Foreman, you'll be the go-to leader on-site, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing crews, and ensuring the successful delivery of each project. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct construction crews on-site
• Coordinate daily work tasks and ensure timely completion
• Enforce safety regulations and quality control measures
• Act as the liaison between site workers and upper management
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead in construction
• Solid understanding of construction techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
