Industrial Laborer

Staffmark is hiring a reliable and safety-minded Industrial Laborer in Shuqualak, MS. If you enjoy working outdoors, don't mind heights, and are ready to be part of a hard-working construction team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In this hands-on role, you'll assist with general site cleanup and material handling on active construction projects. You'll support Applicator Specialists by hauling materials and maintaining a safe, clean work area. This is a physically active, outdoor job that requires working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general site cleanup on construction projects
• Haul and stage materials for Applicator Specialists
• Work safely at heights when needed
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and tools
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and team instructions

Qualifications

• Entry-level role, but prior outdoor labor or construction experience is required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Not afraid of heights
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions
