OSHA 10 Bobcat Operator for Construction Project Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Schedule Pay is $25/hr Must work outdoors, must have OSHA 10 before starting, and federal drug screening is required. Job Description Join a dedicated team for a 7-month project located at the Veterans National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM. This project involves dismantling a retention wall and constructing a new one, standing 26 feet tall and extending 600 feet in length. Additionally, some underground work will be required. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers and excavators to perform tasks including trenching, grading, and digging. Assist in tearing down the existing retention wall and building a new structure. Follow instructions accurately and perform repetitive tasks without constant supervision. Maintain respectful conduct as the work is performed on a national shrine. Essential Skills Ability to operate heavy machinery such as skid steers and excavators. Proven experience in construction, specifically trenching and grading. Experience in outdoor working environments is essential. Experience in outdoor construction or landscaping is required. Skills in digging, laying pipe, and backfilling are advantageous. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
