Brake Press Operator Job Description Operate an 18-foot brake press machine to bend and form metals, ensuring precision and quality in machine operation and setup. Responsibilities Operate and manage an 18-foot brake press machine. Bend and form metals as per specifications. Set up machines for optimal performance. Use measuring devices to ensure accurate fabrication. Read and interpret blueprints and WPS specifications. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating press brake machines. Experience in machine operation and fabrication. Ability to read blueprints and WPS specifications. Skill in using measuring devices such as micrometers and dial calipers. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months of machine operating/fabricating experience in a factory setting. Strong preference for experience in reading micrometers and dial calipers. Why Work Here? The facility is equipped with large overhead cranes and provides good ventilation throughout. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
